What data the scraper collects

Only public data the business published itself on Google Maps and on its website.

01

Google Maps listing

Name, category, address, city, phone, website, rating and number of reviews.

02

Email from the website

The scraper opens the company website and looks for addresses on its pages. These are usually shared inboxes such as info@ or office@, not the personal addresses of managers.

03

Social profiles and messengers

Links to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram when they are on the company website.

04

Lead grade A / B / C

A 0–100 score: how much the business needs your services (no website, no analytics and so on) and how it can be reached. The lead card shows what every point was given for.

Who uses it and for which niches

Google Maps lists almost every local business, including the ones contact databases miss. A few typical ways to use it.

01

Web studios

Find beauty salons, dental clinics or car repair shops with no website or a weak one. The lead grade gives extra points when a business has no site.

02

Marketing and SEO agencies

Restaurants, clinics and real estate agencies with a low rating or few reviews are a natural fit for reviews, ads and local SEO.

03

Accountants and lawyers

Small construction, logistics and retail companies in your city that need bookkeeping, payroll or legal help.

04

B2B suppliers

Cafés, bakeries and hotels for coffee, linen, cleaning or equipment. Search one district or a whole country.

05

Software and SaaS

Clinics, gyms and salons that still take bookings by phone are clients for booking, CRM and payment tools.

06

Freelancers

Designers, photographers and social media managers find florists, studios and shops that are active on Instagram but need help.

How to build a list of businesses from Google Maps

01

02

Get the contacts

The system collects businesses, finds websites and contacts, removes duplicates and grades the leads.

03

Addresses are checked before sending. Start a campaign from your own inbox or export the list to CSV or Google Sheets.

How to get more leads with emails

  1. 1

Search narrow niches: “dental clinic” finds more businesses with a website than “medicine”. If a city is small, search a few neighbouring cities one after another.

  2. 2

Search in the local language. In Poland “dentysta” finds more than “dentist”, in Germany “Zahnarzt”.

  3. 3

Don’t drop leads without an email. Many small businesses publish only a phone number, WhatsApp or Instagram, and the lead card shows every channel it found.

Contact support
Is it legal to scrape Google Maps?

VibeHunter collects only public business data: what a business shows on Google Maps and on its own website. How you use these contacts afterwards is governed by the laws of your country and the recipient’s (GDPR in the EU, for example), so check the rules before sending.

Which countries and cities can I search?

Any city in 80+ countries. Type the niche in any language; a query in the local language usually finds more businesses.

How fast does it collect leads?

Usually 20+ companies a minute. The exact speed depends on the niche, the size of the city and how many businesses have a website to check.

Why is there no email for some businesses?

An address can only be found where the business published it. If the listing has no website, or the website has no email, the lead keeps its phone number and social profiles.

Do I need a Google API key or proxies?

No. Searches run from the VibeHunter dashboard with nothing to set up.

How much does one lead cost?

The price is flat per month, not per record: PRO costs $10 for up to 2,500 leads a month, Agency costs $20 for up to 6,000. Your first 50 leads are free.

What happens when I reach the monthly limit?

New searches stop until the next month or until you move to a bigger plan. The leads you already have stay in your account.

Can I export the list?

Yes, on PRO and Agency: CSV, PDF and Google Sheets. The leads stay in your account after your subscription ends.
