Variables and spintax
Variables {name}, {city}, {niche}, {country} and {website} and spintax such as {Hi|Hello} make every email unique.
VibeHunter sends personal emails to the leads you collect from your own inboxes: Gmail, Outlook, Ukr.net or a mailbox on your own domain. You see who opened and who replied, and replies land in the CRM.
Variables {name}, {city}, {niche}, {country} and {website} and spintax such as {Hi|Hello} make every email unique.
Add several versions of the subject and copy. Leads are split between them evenly, and the report shows which one gets more opens and replies.
Emails are spread across your connected inboxes and go out with pauses through the day, not in one burst.
Every email gets an unsubscribe link. The system never writes again to anyone who unsubscribed.
Every 2 minutes VibeHunter reads your connected inboxes over IMAP and finds replies to your emails and delivery failures. Out-of-office replies don’t count.
Sent, opened, replied: in real time for every campaign and email version. Opens are counted when open tracking is on.
A new inbox should start slowly. Turn on warm-up for it, and it sends no more than 25 emails a day. A regular inbox sends up to 50 a day.
Your plan sets the monthly total: PRO sends up to 2,250 emails a month from up to 3 inboxes, Agency up to 7,500 a month from up to 10 inboxes. More inboxes mean more emails a day without pushing any single one.
Emails rotate across inboxes and go out with pauses, so a campaign looks like normal work email, not a mass mailing.
Examples of an opening line with variables. Write your own; the point is to say something specific about the business.
“{name}, I couldn’t find online booking on your site. Most clinics in {city} already take bookings online, so I put together an example for you.”
“I saw {name} on Google Maps. You have great reviews, but few of them; here’s how to get more from guests who already like you.”
“{name}, we do bookkeeping for construction companies in {city}: payroll, VAT and reports with no fines.”
“We deliver linen and cleaning supplies to hotels in {city}. Can I send {name} our price list?”
Add an inbox over SMTP/IMAP or through Google sign-in. Reply tracking needs IMAP.
Take leads from the Google Maps scraper and filter them by niche, country, city and grade.
Write a template with variables and spintax, add a second version for an A/B test and follow-ups for those who don’t reply, then launch.
No service can guarantee that your inbox won’t be blocked. VibeHunter lowers the risk: it checks addresses before sending, keeps daily limits, adds pauses and spreads emails across inboxes.
The rest is up to you: set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain, start with small volumes on a new inbox and write emails that are useful to the person receiving them.
Cold email rules differ by country. Some EU countries (Germany, for example) restrict promotional email without consent, so check the law before sending.

No, Trial gives you 50 leads to try the search. Campaigns are available on PRO ($10 / mo, up to 2,250 emails a month) and Agency ($20 / mo, up to 7,500 emails a month).
VibeHunter reads inboxes connected over IMAP every 2 minutes, matches replies to your leads and shows them in the CRM. Inboxes connected through Google sign-in can send, but their replies can’t be read.
Opens are counted with a tracking image. Some email apps block images or load them on their own, so treat opens as a rough signal and replies as the real one.
